A La Carte vs. Full Service Weddings
We offer two types of wedding offerings, depending on your vision for your wedding day. Our A La Carte offerings are self-serve directly through our website and feature gorgeous seasonal blooms to cover most standard wedding day needs. If you'd like to request specific color palettes or floral varieties, or want something you don't see listed on our A La Carte menu, we do offer Full Service wedding packages as well. Set-Up and Tear-Down
For A La Carte wedding orders: your florals will be delivered to your delivery location on the date selected. This does NOT include any set-up or tear down. If you are interested in adding these services, send us a note on our CONTACT page.
For our Full Service wedding orders: set-up, delivery, and tear down will be added to your order during the consultation process.
Unfortunately, as we're a small shop and carry out all of our own deliveries; we do not currently offer same-day delivery. However we do offer next day delivery for orders placed before 5:00pm!
If you've received a wrap in paper:
Give your stems a fresh cut and place in cold clean water as soon as you can.
For an arrangement in a vase:
Place out of direct sunlight and air vents. Be sure to swap your arrangements out with fresh, cold water every other day!
For all flowers:
As individual flowers fade, remove them to keep the rest of your blooms as fresh as can be!
Damages and Return Policy
Flower orders may be cancelled if notice is given 72 hours in advance of the delivery date of the order. All flower cancellations made before the 72 hour deadline are eligible for store-credit only.
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Honeybloom will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.
Once flowers leave our shop premises/delivery vehicle, Honeybloom Flower Co. is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or shoot us an email within 24 hours. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
Honeybloom Flower Co. reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
Workshops, Subscriptions, and Floral Donation Program

Floral Donations / Monday Mission
At Honeybloom, we believe in random acts of flowers. On Mondays after holidays, weddings, and events, we will list discounted seasonal bouquets for delivery the next day (Tuesday). For every bouquet purchased, Honeybloom will donate a bouquet to a local nursing home, hospital, or hospice.
To make an even bigger impact, Honeybloom also participates in a wedding floral donation program. All of our couples are given the option to donate their wedding florals to the same cause, where we re-work their centerpieces and bouquets into bedside arrangements.
Our Monday mission is simple; flowers make people happy and kindness is free. Now more than ever our friends and neighbors could use a little joy, so we deliver some with flowers!
